Seven Organizations Adopt Parks

As part of Martin Luther King, Jr. National Day of Service, Metro Parks and Olmsted Parks Conservancy announced the newest Mayor’s Adopt-A-Park partners:
Councilwoman Cheri Bryant-Hamilton’s District 5
Shawnee Neighborhood Association
Fighting Chance Louisville
Youthbuild
Youth for Christ
Louisville Grows
Fern Creek United Methodist

The newest Adopt-A-Park partners kicked off their commitment to keep Shawnee and Chickasaw Parkstwo healthy. We appreciate these groups committement to keeping our parks look good for the whole community.
