Herb Fink is an enthusiastic resident of Old Louisville who leads the effort to keep Central Park beautiful. As a member of the Old Louisville Neighborhood Council, Herb provides the leadership needed to organize the volunteer efforts of numerous neighborhood associations, area churches, and non-profits who come together several times each year to maintain and improve the park.
