Herb Fink is an enthusiastic resident of Old Louisville who leads the effort to keep Central Park beautiful. As a member of the Old Louisville Neighborhood Council, Herb provides the leadership needed to organize the volunteer efforts of numerous neighborhood associations, area churches, and non-profits who come together several times each year to maintain and improve the park. We are grateful to Herb for his determination to keep Central Park sparkling like the gem it is. Thank you Herb!
