We welcome two new people to our staff at Olmsted Parks Conservancy!
Amanda Armenti–Director of Development
Amanda comes to us from a stellar career at Boston Children’s Hospital. Originally from Flint, Michigan, she graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester with a major in English and a minor in art history. It was after a summer internship at McLaren Regional Medical Center that she decided to begin her career as a fundraiser for Boston Children’s Hospital. Amanda enjoyed six years at the Hospital but is happy about her move to Louisville. Since Boston, like Louisville, is a city green with Olmsted Parks – she already has a great appreciation and respect for Frederick Law Olmsted’s great works. We welcome Amanda to Louisville and to the Conservancy.
Anna Krippenstapel—Biologic Technician
A Louisville native, Anna has joined the dedicated staff who works in our Olmsted Parks every day! Not new to working hard outside, Anna has held positions in arboriculture and organic agriculture since graduating from the University of Louisville. She is excited to be working to restore the parks in which she grew up. Look for Anna in the Olmsted Parks!
