Friends of Olmsted Parks

Olmsted Parks Conservancy has been connecting nature and neighborhood for thirty years. While honoring this milestone anniversary in 2019, we continue to embrace and grow our commitment to strengthening the community’s well-being.

We are currently working with park neighbors and stakeholders around Shelby, Tyler and Victory Parks to develop our Friends of Olmsted Parks program. Through collaboration and communicating about program and project needs, Friends of Olmsted Parks will help us improve and activate our parks, creating a positive community impact.

Mission

Friends of Olmsted Parks improve and activate our parks by communicating and collaborating with the community.

Vision

Friends of Olmsted Parks will inspire the surrounding park community to engage, collaborate and invest in the ecological and equitable advancement of the parks and neighborhoods, elevating the wellness of our community.
