The History of Louisville’s Central Park with Joanne Weeter

Join Olmsted Parks Conservancy and The Woman’s Club of Louisville to explore the history of Louisville’s Central Park!

Historic Preservation Consultant Joanne Weeter will make a presentation on Monday, November 13, 5:30 to 7 p.m. at The Woman’s Club of Louisville, 1320 South 4th Street.

Ms. Weeter will speak on Louisville’s Central Park’s long and rich history. She will explore the role the Olmsted Brothers played in designing the park and discuss how the park has changed over the years to meet the needs of an ever-evolving park user base.
