Connecting Nature and Neighborhood

Louisville’s 17 Olmsted Parks — located throughout the East, South, and West ends of the city — provide accessible, beautiful, and vibrant spaces for all residents to improve their physical and psychological health.

At their best, our Olmsted Parks strengthen communities, make our neighborhoods more attractive places to live and work, and raise property values.

But it takes constant work to maintain the quality of these parks to ensure they meet the needs of those who use them most. Our parks are threatened by invasive plants, city budget cuts, and reduction in tree canopies. Park users are starved for programming and amenities. And so, our job is never done.

Olmsted Parks Conservancy relies on YOU – OUR sponsors, members, donors, volunteers and community partners – to help fulfill our mission.

Support the Olmsted Parks that shaped our City.
