Corporate Giving

Corporate donors are important partners to Olmsted Parks Conservancy’s work. Louisville is unique because of the caring and giving corporate community. The Frederick Law Olmsted Parks are important to this corporate community because they contribute to Louisville’s economic health by promoting tourism, and they help to attract high quality employees. We have heard many times that corporate employees were persuaded to relocate to Louisville because of the Louisville’s park system designed by Frederick Law Olmsted.

There are many ways that corporations can support the Frederick Law Olmsted Parks. Olmsted Parks Conservancy relies on generous corporate sponsorships of its fundraising and awareness events.  Corporations are also able to direct their charitable dollars to specific capital projects in the parks.  A corporation may consider becoming a member of the Frederick Law Olmsted Visionary Circle, our organization’s leadership donors who share the vision that the parks designed by Frederick Law Olmsted are a community gem that must be preserved for future generations. In return for charitable gifts, we provide corporations with marketing and promotional exposure and other wonderful benefits.
