Memberships are very important to the future of our parks and parkways. By becoming a member you help support the Olmsted Parks Conservancy mission:
Restore, enhance and preserve the unique value of Louisville’s Olmsted Parks and Parkways for all citizens, and extend this legacy throughout Metro Louisville for generations to come.
Receiving no direct financial support from local government, our organization depends on the generosity of private donors to help fund projects, programs, and operations. Your membership donation helps support such projects as the Big Rock playground, walking path in Seneca Park and band stand restoration and new trees in Shelby Park.
We need your help to keep the Olmsted Parks beautiful and healthy for generations to come. Parks help create safe neighborhoods and build strong communities. They provide positive places for children to play or explore, and are the green spaces where family memories are made. They are necessities for our daily lives.
