Unique, historic and nationally significant, Louisville’s Olmsted-designed parks and parkways naturally contribute to the value of our city. With more breadth and depth than any other green spaces in the urban core, they have enhanced quality of life for six generations and will continue to well into the future—with your help.
Support from individuals, like you, make certain projects such as these can be done:
- Restoration of historic amenities, such as the North Overlook in Iroquois Park;
- Environmental or ecological projects, such as the restoration of woodlands in Cherokee, Seneca, and Iroquois Parks;
- Revitalization of parks such as Victory Park;
- Planting and mulching of trees and enhancements to playgrounds.
