News: Tree Saplings Triple in Park Woodlands

GREAT NEWS! The number of tree saplings growing in Cherokee and Seneca Parks has tripled in areas cleared of invasive bush honeysuckle as compared to areas not cleared. News: Junior Park Steward Program Announced!

The Junior Park Steward program provides a hands-on learning experience for high school students 14-18 years of age. Junior Park Stewards will gain valuable knowledge about conservation, park history and horticulture from Olmsted Parks Conservancy staff and trained Park Steward volunteers.
